I'm looking for 1-2 roommates for May move-in. Updated 1927 rowhouse in NE DC (Carver/Langston). Private spaces for rent: Bedroom, adjoining office, full bath on 2nd floor; 3 rooms, full bath in finished basement; off-street parking. Common areas: Living room, large kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, dining room, back deck and garden, unfinished basement storage, washer/dryer. Please note for those with allergies, I have one 14yo cat, he'll be curious about you but mostly does his own thing.
