I am a 53 year old woman and I teach 3 rd grade. I do not smoke or drink nor do I have any pets. I am easygoing, neat and responsible. I have a great sense of humor and get along well with people. The unit has a kitchen, living area , 1/2 bath downstairs with a washer and dryer. There is a large bedroom available with a window and two closets. There is access to a private toilet and sink and a shared shower. There is plenty of storage and parking. The complex has a pool and tennis court.
