I am a grad student looking for a roommate by June 1st or sooner. The room is a decent size and has a back door to it. I’m very clean, easy going, laid back, don’t smoke and love to cook. I’m looking for someone responsible and honest. Private room but everything else is shared. All utilities included and optimum internet is paid for. On street parking.
