About this household

I am looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom in a two bedroom house. It has a shared living room, kitchen, and shower. Shared spaces are furnished, but bedroom is not. Attached garage and great back yard. Rent includes all utilities except wifi. Coin laundry is shared with basement unit. No pets allowed. Current roommate is a female and a junior in engineering at UW.
