I have an upstairs master room for rent, there is a laundry room down the hall that can be turned into anything if needed. The master has a closet and 2 windows. Bathroom is downstairs and would be shared with me, kitchen as well. Its a pretty nice place and very affordable. My current roommate is moving out February 27th, so will be available for move in the day after. It is $362 rent plus a few utilities such as gas, electric, and water which isnt much at all with 2 people. 7179167301
