We have a 3 bedroom apartment and we are renting out the last spare bedroom. The full monthly rent for the apartment is $700 monthly with no utilities included so the monthly rent for the room would be $575 and that would include rent and utilities unless the utilities are a little higher for that month then it may be a little more for utilities for that month only. You would have full use of the whole apartment.
