I have 2 rooms open in 3 br apartment in beautiful South Redondo Beach/Riviera Village. I am a 24 y/o male EMT and I have lived here 1 year. My roommates are moving out at the end of this month and I would like to keep this place, possibly month to month with our property manager. There is one smaller room, I am in the medium room, and there is the master bedroom open with its own bathroom. If you are clean, responsible, and not HUGE party animals (I enjoy a drink with sports or on the weekends)
