Hi my name is Edgar I'm a 34 year old working g dad I wrk full time during the week evenings and during mornings I'm at the gym so not home much during the week I have an extra room for rent in a 2 bedroom condo and 1.5 bath my mother lives with me she is a very nice woman that prefers a female student as the person to occupy the extra room I have a 10 yr old boy that stays with me on wknds u would have access basically to to the whole place kitchen fridge washer dryer back patio front yard
