Looking for a roommate to replace me in a leasing contract for a shared single room, single bath apartment that is located right by UC Davis campus and is very close to Trader Joe's and other stores. Security deposit will be covered by me. The other roommate is a male 3rd year undergrad, who keeps to himself. The room comes with a reserved parking spot that is not in use by the other roommate. Other amenities include a laundry area, pool, study room, and printing room.
