24yr old professional f looking for 2 professional roommates (m/f) to fill 2 Bedrooms in a 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath townhouse in the Springdale area of Stamford. Approx a 5-10 min walk from the Springdale train station. The two rooms that are available share a bathroom and are $650 and $750 each a month plus 1/3 of utilities ($350-$500 total/month – cheaper in the summer). There are two driveway spots and ample street parking (we currently rotate who is in driveway vs street to be fair)
