We are a married couple who are very laid back, pretty much work, come home and relax. We don't party or drink or have huge gatherings, just looking for someone to share the bills. The place is fully furnished (except for your room). The rent is $400.00 a month plus 40% of the utilities, we pay more since there are two of us. There is also a washer & dryer in the basement for use, and a dishwasher in the apt. It is 5 min's from all highways, downtown, and RIC & PC. There is also parking. 2 cats
