The neighborhood is a quiet and safe. It is approximately 15 to 20 minutes to the center of Chicopee, Boston Rd. Springfield, Granby, South Hadley and 5 minutes away from Ludlow. Easy access to the turnpike and to 291. The room is a fairly large size. The room is partly furnished, you will need a bureau and a TV. The rent includes heat, hot water, electric, WiFi, laundry facilities, dishwasher, carport, and large yard. It also may include food. I am a very easy going person who is considerate and respectful to people. I am a former Special Ed. teacher, and I am told by people, that I have a very good sense of humor and I am easy to get along with. "You respect me and I will respect you" is one of my favorite mottoes. My roommates are very considerate, responsible and respectful to me as well as other people. They keep their rooms fairly neat and they are also helpful with chores around the house & yard. We act like a family, so we are somewhat very close.
