About this household

2nd floor bedroom and small bedroom available. There is plenty of closet space and storage. Laundry room in basement, dishwasher and large yard. Shared bathroom. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs which makes upstairs private. I do have a small dog who does not get along with other pets she is confined to my room and kitchen only. I’m quite and keep to myself- what ever you do is your business as I am open minded and nonjudgmental. WiFi is included but I am looking for half of utilities
