I am an honest person and need the same in a roommate. Honesty is extemely important. I am looking for a room and to share some house space in a good neighborhood. The neighborhood should have sidewalks for walking daily. I am a big music fan, classic rock and southern rock. I have a washer and dryer and furniture for a bedroom. I need a room big enough for a king size bed. I will mind my own business and expect the same in a roommate. I am a happy person. I expect to rent for 1 year.
