I am a very trustworthy and relatable person. I am looking for a roomate that shares similiar qualities as mine. I would like to rent out a room in a house or townhouse..ideally one where I can have my own privacy. I want a roomate that does not mind me having my friends or my boyfriend over every once in a while. I DO NOT want to live with anyone who parties all the time, has children, or inside pets.
