Great little house, totally newly rennovated with new laminate flooring, brand new appliances, new heating and cooling systems, small but very spacious for size. Living area totally furnished, not room for added furniture. Bedroom totally unfurnished. New driveway, nice yard, great neighbors, quiet block, CLOSE TO CAMPUS. With the rent and utilities and water/trash, it would be about 300-350/month. Very good deal. This is a real steal.
