I am currently renting a basement apartment in downtown Hays, right off the main street, with my boyfriend, and we are in need of a roommate. We will be paying internet and electric and gas, so all that we are asking is for 250 for rent. You get free range of the apartment, of course, and use of anything in the kitchen.
