I Own the house and it is fully furnished besides the room i am looking to rent. The whole house is about 1900 sq ft. You would basically have the whole upstairs where there is a loft overlooking the livingroom, backyard and lake, there is 2 bedrooms and a full jack and jill bath with his and her sinks connecting them. The other bedroom i will have some workout equiptment in open for use. I am a pretty clean person. I am looking for someone that can clean up after themselves and appreciate there
