I Own the house and it is fully furnished besides the room i am looking to rent. The whole house is about 1900 sq ft. You would basically have the whole upstairs where there is a loft overlooking the livingroom, backyard and lake, there is 2 bedrooms and a full jack and jill bath with his and her sinks connecting them.
