Summary
I need a place where I can both sleep and utilize my computer with relative quiet and privacy. I also need a place to safely store my drums and other music equipment. It really isn't that much stuff but it is valuable and I need for it to be indoors ideally within a garage or something similar. I would prefer a private bathroom if possible and kitchen access.
