Would consider house sitting, pet care, transportation services, etc. in exchange for reasonable rent. I'm a former realtor and educator, so am VERY RESPONSIBLE. In addition to social security, I try to work at least part-time. I have no pets of my own, but love cats and small dogs. Would not mind being one of several roommates (roughly my age) to cut costs. Do not want to be around cigarette/cigar smoking at all. Looking forward to being part of a friendly AND YOUTHFUL group of residents.
