I am looking for a studious roommate because I am a studious person, and this is my last year of collgege so I would love to have a roommate who is the same. I am not a party person. I am very clean and organize person. Love shopping and surfing internet. I am a bilingual. I really prefer 9 months lease and prefer the property to be located in downtown charleston, but if it's less then 10 mins from downtown that's fine. I own a car.
