I'm 63 but a very young 63 in every way. Ive lived in Atlanta my whole life. Both my parents were from Charleston. Being that all my relatives lived there, Charleston was my second home until I was in my early 20's. I'm sick of Atlanta and want to live near a beach somewhere. My budget is around $600, but depends on utilities. I'd rather have a roommate that's a little older and settled. I have a one bedroom completely furnished but could out some things in storage
