About this household

Two story, two bedroom and bath. Basement also with laundry. No street parking. Land with four lots. Currently going through a divorce, I.e just not happy together. On the hill with a nice view. Train tracks are nearby but noise isn’t terrible. Have joint custody of my daughter so she will share main room with me. She is a little over 2 years old and a sweetheart. I don’t really party and if so I chill by the fire pit out side with friends. Big parking area and live on dead end with lighting.
