All utilities included with free high speed fiber optic internet! Safe neighborhood with security cameras on the door bell and perimeter. My home uses a central air conditioning system. My driveway is big enough for a vehicle and off street parking is available. Big backyard with a bonfire pit. Only 1 bedroom available and is also fully furnished. 2 bathroom are available but are shared. I have 1 cat and I’m open to any kind of pets. Please clean up after yourself and your pet.
