I've got a 2-bedroom apartment in Monona, WI available for rent starting October 1st. One bedroom is available for rent with a private bathroom. Rent would be $900 a month but could be negotiated depending on who uses the larger bedroom. The apartment complex has many amenities including a pool, gym, patio area, and nearby restaurants.
