I'm moving down to the north side of Peoria in late May/early June and am looking to sign a lease at the Royal Highlander. There will be 2-3 bedrooms running ~300 per month utilities included. I like playing guitar and working out outside of work, am relatively quiet, and very clean. I go to bed around 10pm and get up around 5:45am. If interested please let me know!
