Very very VERY understanding, caring and nice landlord (is willing to do anything to make you happy and comfortable), carpeted rooms, roomy kitchen. Two hallway closets, room closets, fairly big rooms; fridge, microwave, stove all provided; parking only $50 a year, off the street (on the street available for visitors).
