This is for a master sized private bedroom and full bathroom in a 3+ bedroom, 3 BA custom home in Rural Thurston County. The rent is $550 per month plus half electric which will run another 60 per month on average. There are walking and hiking trails out the back door. The third bedroom is currently a library which you may use as a private office if you can accept my books and bookshelves being in there. I am a non-smoker. Rarely drink.
