Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my current lease. The house itself is 1664 sq/ft. The possible tenant has to be a non-smoker, no pets, CWU student, and female. There are currently two roommates already living there. Washer and dryer included, utilities and internet not included. Driveway and street parking available. About a 4-5 minute drive from campus.
