I am looking for a roommate to share my condominium in Deer Valley/North Phoenix. It is close to I 17 and the 101. There's a furnished room with a queen bed and a private full bathroom attached, a washer and dryer in the unit, wi-fi, cable (outlet in room if you have a tv), balcony, storage space, parking at door. It's in a quiet gated community with a small pool. I do have two sociable CATS living with me; unfortunately there's no room for more pets, except maybe fish.
