Me and fiance are splitting up and i cant afford the rent by myself, and apartments are to damn small. Room comes with private bath and i have a family room and living room so you would have your own area with room for furniture and stuff. Rent does not include utilities, wich would be split. no cable or phone in house but you could if you want to pay the bill. I have the waser dryer hook-ups but they are hers and go with her. Will buy new ones when i get the money
