This apartment is walking distance to the center of Woburn and is also a great location for driving. Easy access to I-95, I-93, Rt 3 & Rt 38. There is free parking in the large driveway and parking on the street is free and easy as well. The apartment has a living room (with wood burning fireplace) and dining room. The kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, refrigerator. There is free laundry and storage space in the basement. This house has an awesome backyard with a custom made wood stove. Only first and Last month rent required up front. I am a single young professional male. I am open to any gender and easily get along with most people, looking for someone with steady income. Looking to have a friendly, fun, respectful atmosphere in the apartment.
