This is a 2BR apartment and one room is open for rent for one person starting on September 1. No couples or pets, please. The room is $1000 and utilities cost about ~$150 per person per month. We pay for internet (RCN), gas, and electricity. Water is included in rent. Upon move in, it's only first and last rent - no broker fee or security deposit.
