Hi! My name is Grace Bogart, I signed a lease at Copper Beach Townhomes before I knew I was going to nursing school downstate, so I need to sublease my room! My roommates include two males who are seniors at Central and one female who is also in her senior year at Central. They are all super nice. My room is a private bedroom with a bathroom.
