My friend and I are looking for 2-3 roommates to move into our apartment between June and August. We’re fairly neat but don’t mind messes as long as they’re cleaned up. We don’t mind guests and are both pretty friendly people but we don’t throw bangers all the time or anything. Our apartment has 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Right now we have it furnished, w/o it’s less/month. There’s an accelerated payment plan that makes the place a bit cheaper too. We would want to sign the lease pretty soon.
