I live in a house (duplex - upstairs) that is 2 bedroom, 2 bath and in the perfect roommate setup because the bedrooms are on either side of the house. The extra bedroom is a pretty good size - 10 x 13 or so. The neighborhood is interesting but I've never had any problems here and I've been living alone. You should definitely come see it because the inside has been completely remodeled and has all new appliances including full size washer/dryer.
