The suite includes a queen size bed, antique desk, dresser and two large closets. Private bathroom with two vanities, linen closet, and walk in shower connect the bedroom to the living space equipped with a TV and Airbnb like amenities (Mini Frig /Microwave/Keurig …) included for your convenience. Rent covers utilities as well as a monthly housekeeping service. Full access to the kitchen and the washer & dryer located on the second floor. I am a 57, male looking for a male roommate in transition, recently separated needing a new address or short-term work in the area such as traveling nurse. No pets, no smoking, no parties, no drama.
