I'm a single female, work as a nanny Mon-Thurs in Birmingham and am currently staying with family but need to move asap. I'm a little flexible on set move in date but only want to rent month to month(pay cash monthly) incase not a good fit or circumstances change but if a good fit, would like the option of at least 3 months and time given to find new place, before moving. I'm a non smoker,no drugs ever and no pets. I have one grown son in college but the room is for myself only.:)
