I will have an empty room for rent in a fully furnished 2 bedroom house beginning Oct 1st. The lease is up in February and who knows from there what the possibilities are. There is a fenced in backyard and a separate garage (with washer and dryer) for parking or half for storage if you like. The location is Northeast St Petersburg about 4 miles north of downtown and East of 4th Street in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I will be renting the room with full house privileges out for $450 a month
