Great apartment! Very clean, quiet complex, great condition. Washer/Dryer in unit. Fireplace. Rent with all utilities is around $400 each, never more than $450. HUGE walk-in closets. Great access to K-10, only a 3-mile drive down non-crowded roads to KU campus. Roommate is awesome and I hate to leave her but I'm moving back to KC. This place is definitely worth a look!
