I'll relocate from Italy to the Phoenix west valley on mid February; I've opened a sign company and I'll be staying in Arizona to start-up and make it grow.I'm single male, 54 y.o., very clean, no noisy, no problem with cats and dogs. Won't have initially much free time, but sport, music (no disco, sorry)and some movies are my preferred pastime. I don't smoke, drugs or alcohol, just foodie since coming from the food valley of the food country. Already been in AZ 4 times. Love it.
