(similar to the dorms...but a lot like an apartment) includes: a furnished room with a bed, desk and dresser. the living room is furnished as well. roomates are great! a 19 meal plan a week is included with rent. lots of social events and the neighbors are all fun. its worth the money! MUST BE ATTENDING UCSB or SBCC TO LIVE HERE!!
