Small apt. need roomate to offset rent and utilities. Have cable internet,.Willing to do weekly in-house cleaning and bi-weekly outside lawn care to help offset garbage can use from neighbors. US military perfered but not required. Must be drug and drama free.Gamer is a big plus. Live about 2 mins from the Ft. Lewis and camp Murry Gates. Nice quiet neighborhood. Have 2 babies vist once a month willing to put up with them.No furnature in apt. but workking on the issue. Rent must be paid on time.
