My fiance and I own our home in tacoma. We currently have one other roommate and 2 dogs. I am 30, my fiance is 31, and our roommate is 21. We have another room available for rent. The room would be private but the bathroom would be shared with one male. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and night stand.
