This is a large, seven bedroom house with two kitchens, in a quiet gated neighborhood. We have a landscaper, and a cleaning lady for the common area, and all bills are included in the rent. High speed internet is available, but we split the cost between 2 or 3 people. We are a diverse group of mostly young people. Most of us work full time or go to school.
