Our place is in a gated golf course community (Westminster golf club), very nice development, pretty much any amenity you can think of- washer/dryer in unit, pool, golf course, lake view..etc... The house is furnished, including the bedroom, you have your own bathroom about 3 feet from your room on the opposite side of the house so you do have privacy.
