I am a 19 yr old female, looking for a room in/near Santa Monica. I am not a neat freak but I try to clean up after myself and expect the same from whoever I live with. I am very laid back unless someone disrespects me or my place. I do like to have friends over occasionally, nothing crazy.. unless its a birthday or something. For the most part I am not too picky just looking for a clean, cool, responsible and respectful individual.
