I'm looking for female roommate to rent out large bedroom in Forest hills. It's apartment building with laundry in the basement. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and less than 5min walk to 71 st ave station & even LIRR. Closed to every shopping, restaurant, library and theater. The room has 3large windows, 2 closets, 1 AC and heating. Need to pay one month rent + one month security deposit. Heating, electricity and internet included. However, you may need to pay little bit more in summer time
