About this household

I'm 34 years old, I work from home and my mother will be moving into one of the three spare rooms we have. I'm advertising on behalf of the landlord. We live in a quiet suburb in La Bounty estates. There's plenty of room for parking in driveway, front and back gardens, good sized bedrooms and kitchen. Garage for plenty of storage. It's about 15 minutes to downtown and groceries about 5 minutes. Utilities will need to be paid on top of rent and split between tenants. We'd love to hear from you!
