Nice size bedroom with double closet and hardwood floors on 2nd floor of Victorian house that has been fully renovated in the inside. Property is located 6 minutes driving from Anderson University. shared bathroom a few feet from the room. We have security cameras outside the house & in lobby. Utilities are included and tenant will be provided with shared access to internet upon request. Room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished upon request for an extra $100 a month. We are a Hispanic Christian family of four. We speak English & Spanish at the house, we don’t smoke, do not consume alcoholic drinks, do not listen to loud music, we are a respectful family and expect thesame from our renter. You will share floor with my son Adney (20), my daughter Heidi (15) and a Male renter that recently moved in and is very respectful and quiet
